Luba Inz

Hi, I'm Luba.

I'm a fractional CXO. I work with owners who want to exit operations.

My job is to give them back the part of themselves that built the company in the first place.

How I got here.

I've been remaking myself for as long as I can remember.

I studied to be a journalist and ended up running music — concerts, artists, an events agency. I built businesses in one country and started over as an employee in another. I climbed back up over a decade and walked out as a COO. Then I left that to build my own thing again. Somewhere along the way I became a mother, and somewhere along the way I started making music myself, which is the reinvention I'm proudest of.

Every time I switched, I thought I was leaving something behind. I wasn't. I was collecting pieces of myself I hadn't met yet.

That's the through-line of how I work, too. I think business is the biggest art form there is: you're conducting an orchestra of people, decisions, money, and time. Most owners I meet started their company for a reason that had nothing to do with spreadsheets, and lost it somewhere in the operations. My work is about giving that reason back.

Fifteen years in leadership. I was a founder and exited three companies. Now I'm building Efficiency Sprint. I'm a fractional CXO, and I spent the last eight years scaling a company as chief operating officer.

What are you going to do with all that time?

We talk a lot about buying back our time. About efficiency. About automating, delegating, freeing up the calendar.

I named my company Efficiency Sprint — so I'm as guilty of this conversation as anyone. But the question I don't hear enough is the one that comes after.

Most of the owners I work with started their companies for a feeling: autonomy, creative space, real problems worth solving. And then the company they built took that exact feeling away from them.

When the systems are running and the calendar is open, what comes back isn't free time. It's you. The strategist. The builder. The person who can see the higher-level connections again because they're no longer stuck inside the thing.

That's what the work is actually for.

Four products, one philosophy.

Sometimes a thought about the work. Sometimes something I'm reading. Sometimes the question I can't stop turning over.
