Welcome to the Circle.

A tea room for the conversations that don't fit anywhere else.

This is a separate room on this site. It's for women.

If you're climbing, leading, founding, or rebuilding — there's a kind of conversation I want to have with you that doesn't belong on the rest of the site. About choosing yourself. About the version of strong that doesn't require burnout. About being a mother and a builder at the same time without splitting yourself in two. About what it means to be the only woman in the room, and what it means to make a room of your own.

I love helping a girl figure it out. That's what this room is for.

The Irreplaceability Audit.

A self-assessment for high-achieving women who can't stop putting out fires.

If you're the one everyone calls when something breaks — at work, at home, everywhere — you've probably told yourself it's just how things are right now. That you'll delegate later. That nobody else can do it the way you do.

This audit is for the moment you're ready to look at that pattern honestly. It walks you through where you've made yourself irreplaceable, why that feels like leadership but isn't, and what it's actually costing you. It comes with a short guide for stepping out of the loop without losing the qualities that put you in it.

I'm building this room slowly, on purpose. On the way:

  • More resources made specifically for women — workbooks, audits, conversation guides
  • A small group cohort for women founders and operators
  • A women's conversation inside the podcast I'm launching
  • Live tea-room sessions
  • A library of conversations I've had on women's podcasts and panels

Pull up a chair.

If you want to know when the next thing happens here, leave your email. I'll only write to this list when there's something specifically for the women's room. No funnel, no overlap with the main newsletter.

The Circle is the part of my work I've been quietest about for the longest. I'm bringing it forward now because the women I want to be in the room with deserve a room that's actually built for them.
