Who I am, why I do this, and what I've been making myself into for the last twenty years.

I came to the United States in the middle of my life with two suitcases and the kind of plan that falls apart by month three. I'd already built a business in another country. I'd already had a career. I started over anyway, because that's what you do when you decide the old version of your life isn't the one anymore.

Before any of that, I was running events and music in another country — building Instagram-driven campaigns for global brands years before that became a category, and learning that operations is the same craft no matter the industry.

Then I stopped, and started over in a country where nobody knew me.

I spent close to a decade running operations across a $100M holding company: multiple businesses, multiple markets, multiple problems. I started early and walked out as COO. Along the way I picked up other companies on the side, the ones that needed the same work done from the outside. That whole stretch taught me the craft I now sell. It also taught me what every owner I work with needs to hear: the ceiling isn't the market. It isn't the team. It isn't the product. The ceiling is the operating logic in your head that never made it onto paper.

Now I do that work for people who own their companies.

The decade was the real classroom.

Fifteen years in leadership. I was a founder and exited three companies. Now I'm building Efficiency Sprint. I'm a fractional CXO, and I spent the last eight years scaling a company as chief operating officer.

I've taken businesses from unprofitable to sustainably profitable. I've scaled revenue, expanded margins, launched recurring revenue lines, and improved customer retention across multiple markets.

The numbers are nice — and most of them aren't mine to publish.

The thing I'm prouder of is that I learned the system underneath those numbers. The part that's repeatable, transferable, and teachable. That system is what I sell now.

Two products. One personal role.

I built Efficiency Sprint to package the method. Efficiency Sprint makes companies operationally ready for AI: ninety days on SCOPE™ by Efficiency Sprint, and the operating shifts that take the leader out of execution.

And there's EfficiOS, the AI workspace a company keeps running on after the Sprint: people and agents on one organizational chart, with the owner's decisions in one place.

And I take a small number of Fractional COO engagements each year for the cases where the work has to be done from inside the company, not next to it.

I'm picky about who I work with. I don't take pre-revenue. I don't take materialists. If you're building because you want a yacht, we're not for each other. If you're building because you have something you actually want to say with the company, we probably are.

I don't believe in work-life balance.

There's just life, and work is one of the parts of it. The interesting part — the part nobody talks about enough — is what you're actually going to do with the time once the systems are running and the calendar is open.

I want my owners to use that time for the work only they can do. Securing capital. Solving real problems. Building something that makes the world a little better than they found it. I want them to get back into the creative mode that made them start the company in the first place. I don't want them answering emails forever in the name of efficiency.

This is also why business is art for me. You're conducting an orchestra. You're putting together people, money, time, and meaning into something that wasn't there before. The best operators I know are artists in disguise.

I think out loud. I plan a lot. I strategize most of the day. I prioritize the gym and time with my kid.

I'm direct without being cold. I'll tell you when something in your business is broken, and I'll tell you when the broken thing is you.

I've done it to myself. It's the only reason I can do it for someone else.
