Motherhood made my time more valuable than ever.

Why this exists

Before my son, time was infinite. I had the luxury of doing things later. Tomorrow afternoon. Tonight. Whenever I felt like it. The work always got done. I never had to ask whether it was the right work.

Then he was born, and time stopped being infinite. I had hard cutoffs. And the most useful question of my life appeared in front of me, almost overnight:

Where am I actually irreplaceable — and what do I do with everything else?

The answer was uncomfortable. About sixty percent of what I was doing didn't need to be done by me. Some of it didn't need to be done at all. Some could be trained. Some could be automated. Some could be paid for.

This isn't a motherhood problem. It's the same operating system every leader needs — and most of us only build it after life forces us to. This worksheet is the version I wish I'd had on day one.

What's inside

  • 01 — Anchor the Vision

Name where you're going. Without it, every act of letting go feels like loss instead of direction.

  • 02 — Map the Next Batches

Not the whole roadmap. The two or three batches of work that actually move you forward.

  • 03 — The Irreplaceability Test

List every recurring task. Tag it. See what fails the test — and almost everything will.

  • 04 — The Delegation Map

For everything that isn't Only Me, decide where it goes. Train, automate, eliminate, or outsource.

  • 05 — One Commitment

The single task leaving your plate this week. Where it's going. Who owns it now.

Who it's for

Built for leaders, founders, and mothers running a team or a household — anyone ready to stop doing the work that doesn't need to be theirs. The frame works whether you're a parent or not, whether you run a company or a team or a home.
